Hey guys, I need a little help. I'm going to Hong Kong in a month - what are the best places for designer toys and is there might I find Lau and Eric So toys?

@lordketch: All the stores and individual sellers moved to online. Pretty much the only place to look at is Superman Toys at CTMA center.

I know, rite? The only one I can tolerate is the Gorn one mainly because he looks more like an alien than a skeleton... I'm going to repaint the teeth to make it look less like a Gorn with braces... although, that's kinda funny when you really think about it... Maybe that's why he was all like "Sllllsssshhhhhhh" on that episode... it was the braces...

These are so awesome, Sergey!
What made you go with ABS for production? I think it's a great choice, as these look absolutely fantastic, and the price is super reasonable! I hope more designers will take your cue and embrace it as a production choice!!! -

@monsterforge: Model kits are always hard plastic, so it was a natural decision by Crazylabel.
ABS is widely used in designer toy production, but the problem is – it's hard to do it right. It's a tricky type of plastic and finish have to be done right so it will not be cold and coarse to touch. I love the variety of options – clear, smoked, any colour you can dream of. Plus pad printing should be much easier with ABS. So if this release will be successful there will be some experiments.
Thank you all for fantastic response. -
