Here is the third version of the J Dilla figure called "Donuts Edition", new to this version is the addition of a removable handmade shirt that replicates the shirt worn on the “Donuts” album jacket.
Even the cap is a replica of the Donuts album cover. -

This design by Koralie is from the Léo'z Series 01
Designers: Koralie, Guillaume Daniel, Hossein Bojoreni, Claire Panel, Damian O'Hara, Huck Gee, DGPH , Bunka, Tik Ka, Flora Taï, 64 Colors, Thomas Josson.
This is what I found on the official website:
In its constant quest for new domains, Peugeot Design Lab embarked on this contemporary challenge to create a series of 12 lions, 6 of which were designed by internationally renowned artists: Huck Gee (UK), 64 Colors (USA), Bunka (France), DGPH (Argentina), Tikka NG (Hong Kong), Koralie (France), and the other 6 by the PEUGEOT DESIGN LAB designers: Claire Panel (France), Thomas Josson (France), Damian O' Hara (Ireland), Hossein Borojeni (France), Flora Tai & Guillaume Daniel (France).
Each Art Toy on sale is the fruit of an artistic process, and involving lengthy and painstaking work, drawing inspiration from worlds as diverse as contemporary art, poetry, chemistry, origami, architecture, fashion...These unique objects form a link between the world of childhood, by adopting the design of the brand's lion soft toy mascot created by Christophe Pialat (France), and the grown-up world.

Horrible quality. Took me 10 minutes to keep it from falling over.

thats sad to hear, the play to-fu are kinda like that too. smaller and the limbs fall off too easy and hard to stand up. but they're sooo cute! I have the Supporto-Fu coming in the mail i hope it isn't as hard to stand up

The good news is that is seems to be a bit more stable after some fiddling with its legs. It's a great looking toy.

Cool, thanks!
Just a question: I've seen a lot of toys schedules without any update in these years.. I tried to contact Rotocasted team to ask if they could help us to let other users modify the tags (since only the person who created the toy schedule could manage the tags) but it seems there's no official team behind Rotocasted nowadays.
I tried to click the link at the bottom of the page ("Report a problem or request a feature") but the landing page says: <>
What should we do?

This one feels like plastic not vinyl..
-

Implying vinyl isn't plastic...
It would be the paint giving you the "plastic" texture imo Feel the white areas and you should feel a variation is surface finish. -

it is hard plastic rather than soft vinyl, imagine the transparent Dunnys of the past. I suspect that they are producing much more of the Swatch Dunnys so they used a different manufacturing?

I have seen a few art toys come out in ABS as of late. Are they making the dunny out of ABS now too?

Hard plastic doesn't sound good..
-

Is it the same plastic like the other one I was querying about: http://rotocasted.com/toy/15738/
-
Hard PVC plastic used for the Gumball and other transparent dunnys before. If it is nicely made I don't mind what material it is, though of course I would love for them to be all metal and lasts for years :P
