Here's the thing about these: the ones with the logos, well, they have the logos. The ones without the logos (Urban Outfitters edition) have a 'muddier' finish. The ones with the logos are really quite nice. You just have to get over brand advertising.

I think I'd still prefer to ask Motorbot to paint me one though. That way you get an amazing finish that is one-off to boot. Mind you it will cost a few more bucks...

No longer available for sale at that location and it was $30+ not $26.34.
-
indeed, it is sold out now at that location (that price was correct when I posted the link- they applied an additional 10% discount when adding the item in the cart)
-
The price was definitely correct because I purchased one at $26.34 shortly after my purchase it was sold out and the price was $30
-

Oh, my bad. I followed the link and saw the price listed currently. Damn. I would have bought one for that price. Oh well, next time.

it's my first Kubricks, actually, and my first (I hope of many) 9TG piece... -
-

Mmm... I think you'll find it's T9G and pronounced Tah-koo-gee as his actual first name is Takuji. I didn't realize he had make a Kotaro Kubrick. Neat.

This two are the most well done Kubricks I've ever seen. Wonderful set to have if you're into K-bricks or T9G characters.

Disappointed with the quality in this set! Kotaro has several flaws in his face like a really annoying scratch/ seam/ production flaw over his left eye.
Chuwta has strangely pale eyes. Ever read The Tell-Tale Heart by Poe? Chuwta's eyes look just like the old man's!! :( -

I know Itokin visited a few vinyl factories in China but haven't heard anything since and that was many months ago. The initial idea was for this mini design to actually be bigger than the Himilan we all know and love. He was supposed to be the the big brother as it were. It may also be in limbo due to One up owning the rights to the original Himalan.

I found mine in a used toy shop in Tokyo. They had no idea as to what it was. Got it for about $40. Heh.
-

Man this toy looks really good in person, very detailed and substantial. Does anyone know anything about the Don Quixote figure from this studio?
-
Never released. Looks like the project is dead actually. Too bad cuz the Sancho is one of my all time favourite designs. I hope I'm wrong and the others eventually come out.
-
damn, i thought as much, the website has said coming soon for a long time. I finally got a Sancho and was really impressed and think that the Don Quixote would have been epic

For 1 book from Usugrow store direct it's about £37 (shipping included) for the Japanese version, signed.
They say there will be a regular version too from places like amazon sometime soon. I've written to ask when that might be. -
10 years ago
So there is a difference to the version on his store compared to a general release other than the signature? x
-
Apart from signed, I think it's to do with the slipcase. Different slipcases for the versions.
-

Jesus, I'd love a Himalan. Too bad they're so expensive! :(

$325 for a Kaleyard?? Hahahah! No way. Not even a Pearl or Ghost Himalan will get that kind of money. Good luck 2_aa. Kaleyards are one of the more common versions.

Yet another ebay sale asking a silly price. $145 is still way too high for a Kaleyard.
