Released on Saturday 25th October at Bay Area Tattoo Con on the Three Tides booth and Sold Out in day 1.
There must've been so few of them and I'd imagine most of them went to non toy collectors.
I only know of 1 collector that got one. -

Got mine at Anime Expo for $35, and I've seen them on Ebay for around $30.
