@MelancholySpawn - I've changed the name and the release year but there doesn't seem to be any info out there as to how many were made. It was however released at Maharishi London on January 3rd 2006 at the opening of the 'Mr Shoe Sample' Exhibition

Does anyone know what quanity of these were made? I feel like I read somewhere there was only 50.... but I also feel like I'm wrong....
