Haha well, I had a bad experience with Ayako in the starting period of my shop.
I invested a great deal of money (what was scarce in that phase) in the handmade Polystone Buuts Buuts she created, but due to very very VERY bad QC (I had versions without eyes, missing headcreatures, scratched etcetera...) and she basically told me not to bother her with that :(
Making me sell those Buuts Buuts with a lot of loss which in that period was hard to swallow, decided never to deal with her products again.... kinda childish from my side now after all these years maybe when I think about it now... but it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth !
I can understand what a frustration it must have been for you, especially in those early days. It must have been a very disappointing experience all round and would make anyone hesitant about future dealings :(

yeah... i agree... they're awesome and maybe someday I can look past that experience... but NO MORE POLYSTONE CUSTOMS though ^_^
