I'm not sure why someone is calling this Mini Liquid.
The name for these are just Liquid.
There is Liquid Erosion which was a different version, but these are called Liquid on the Instinctoy site. There is no bigger liquid to designate this as mini. -

No pre-orders. There will be a lottery in June and then once/if you get passed that, you are given the chance to buy one.
There will be a very low number made. in the past, editions of 100. It is still a mystery but Hiroto is very smart and will probably never exceed 150.
