    It was a custom that was done before the Series 4 was released. That is an 8" dunny.

    OK... Now it's all clear :)
    I updated the info from Mike Davis' website. It is a custom indeed, but not 3" or 8", but 20".
    And obviously there couldn't be more than one owner of this dunny :)
