Yes, this one is even rarer that the Observer in Black.
But apparently nobody wants this set... No one had added it to his wishlist, so I didn't put "Where to buy?" for this one. -

the bluish grey is just amazing. really happy I added this to my collection.
a question for the other owners: my figures have the black drawings on them, just like the regular colors ones. this photo shows them without the drawings. are there 2 different sets, or this photo is just a pre-release pic? -

You can find it pretty easily on eBay. Usually it pops up every 2-3 weeks or so. Sometimes single figures, but sometimes people sell complete sets.
I got me a complete green set from eBay for a very good price. -
