Pepe was pretty clever with that mouth. Done with only a drill press.

Wow, that's some serious control...all I've mastered is drilling holes with mine ;)

He used some kind of Forstner bit, just barely touched the wood with the edge of it, at an angle.

Dunny, it is really great to see your artistic progress here on roto in such a short time! you are getting really good :D
but i don't have Facebook, just saying. -

How can you not have FB these days?! It's like the best way to keep in touch with all your favorite artists! See everything they do and talk to them about work they do!
-

Haha, you sound shocked Dunny! 'you don't have Facebook *gasps* where do you come from, this is disturbing news' lol...
-

I'll add you, if you don't mind? =)

I am! Almost had a heart attack!
No but really, it's such a good way to keep in touch with all your favourite artists. If you want something from them you don't have to email them and wait for a reply. Just go in to FB chat, explain what you want and the deal is done. It makes things so much easier!

i don't realy like toys made from wood but it looks interesting

it seems to be vinyl, but the way the figure is sculpted in such a rough way, it looks carved and the color let it appear very wooden!
i was surprised, too when i saw that all those figures are marked with vinyl as material...

What is the difference between those 2 figures?
http://rotocasted.com/toy/23636/?number=2&seed=8d2ce4a7-df92-43c2-a15d-6f8c186a918f
i saw a very little color change, but that could be just a photo issue or is this here supposed to be a darker brown like some of the other figures have?
or could this be a dupe? -

Not a dupe, dear Sil. These figures all come in three different colour shades. Dark, medium and light. But I agree, the difference between the medium and light ones are hard to see :)

Oh crap I love this. Blamo just keeps getting better, I wish they'd make bigger runs of their toys.

Only reason I would want a larger run is to bring the price down, but these are great and love the fact that it's handmade and limited !

You can turn the bodies upside down and twist the heads in all directions to express endless different feelings.
