Before the rabbit appeared, was this a big or mini tea?
-
Awww thanks :) and it's a big tea, thinking about doing a mini one but that'd be even more fiddly than this was :)
-

Oh, and the cup is placed inside the hat bit, I wish I'd done work in progress photos now, but too late :P
-

thanks to whoever posted this, i made an entry for Cake-vey before i realised this was here (http://rotocasted.com/toy/11415/) does anyone know how i request a delete?
Sai - series is correct as Cavey. Hey Cavey just refers to the website, think of it as a greeting "Hey, Cavey!" -

Hey Holly,

Does anyone know how much these are going to be?
-
From memory the resin ones were pretty steep, between $150 and $200?
-
Jeez. So, I think I've swiftly changed my mind. I don't want this toy now :P
-
I might be wrong, but I remember when the last ones were out, i was all like, ooo I might get one, then saw the price, and was like, yeah maybe not.
-
I think I want one, I can't make my mind up. All I know is that the website is teasing me. It now says 'later today' under the photo :) I just want to know how much they're actually going to be!
-

They went on sale. They were 50 Euros, and they've sold out. But that translates to £42, so that's still far too steep for a 3'' figure, even if it is a gorgeous resin Jumping Brain...
-
Not as dear as the previous ones, maybe they were larger. Still pretty steep though.
-

I've wanted one of the resin Jumping Brains for ages, preferably in green though I wouldn't have been choosy. Oh well...
-
Oh by the way is there anyone here from Australia? =)
-

Resin Jumping Brains are 3x5 inches ;)

£42 doesn't sound too bad for a handmade resin toy.Watch the YouTube video and see how much work goes into them!
But still, a lot of money for a toy :) -

Haha ! I was sure of that ! But not at all : the color is not the same (this one is "beige", the other one is "yellow", even if the photo doesn't really show it - this one is clearer in reality).
-
Looks more of a pastel yellow :)
-
Yes, but I've already seen another photo (on mintyfresh.com, long time ago) where it was more grey and almost green than it seems to be here. This toy is called "beige" and that's true ; this photo doesn't do it justice at all. But this is the only one I found (on atomplastic.com), sorry !

Woah, I don't really like Qees but something about the "bunee" form makes me smile! Love this one! Do they still make any "bunee" qees?

I could not find a picture on any other site with just Alfonzo.
I'll take a photo of mine when I dig my digital camera out of its crate. -

The Pelėda Series is a blind boxed series of old school wind ups, incorporating Nathan's Lithuanian folk heritage in a distinct 50's/60's product aesthetic.
Lithuanian for owl, Pelėda was the sacred bird of Giltinė, the goddess of death in Lithuanian folklore. -

I quite like the Qee-as-a-form-of-advertising thing... and it's got a pretty leaf on it :D

Advertising yes. And there are a lot of people-as-a-form-of-advertising things : when you wear a t-shirt with a brand for example. And for me it's ridiculous too ! Leaf or not. ;o)
