Try to soak in warm water, or soften it by hair dryer to return to the original shape. If nothing work, contact us at info at crazylabel .com for replacement.

yes you can tighten the straps too! but i haven't found nothing to fit the bag except for the oem white filling:/ any tips?

This is a rarity in the world of toys. A toy that doesn't represent an animal / human / "living" being (no facial features!), but a "dead" thing like a tree block.
I think I stumbled upon a mailbox in our library without facial features as well, but I'm not sure.
That's TWO toys out of 13624!!! -
