hey mottle, seems like the manufacturer got lazy with the color of the antennas (dazey has black antennas in the other 2 color versions, too)... it is kind of a false advertisement in my opnion.
i found only one store that seems to show the characters as they really are! and even though i am not a fan of dazey in general, i honestly like the neon green antennas more than the black ones

I gotta say...I don't understand this figure. I picked it up because I like Jon Burgerman's style on toys. But the sharp curve to the head and the bloated Dunny body just aren't working for me at all. What do other folks think of Bitbots?

That's the problem, they are using the platform like a dunny!
There is nothing wrong with the form they just need to develop their own style. It needs to be more appropriate to the form rather than just wrapping a dunny illustrator file around a bitbot.
Some of them work well but I would like to see a new style of platform toy rather than another dunny. -

Burgerman's doodles are pretty nice though. Reminds me of the late Jean-Michel Basquiat's messy aesthetics. -

The Bitbot platform sucks, as does this toy. I struggled to pass on this being a massive Burgerman fan for the past 4-5 years, but with a bit of life coaching from my girlfriend (lol) I managed to save myself £40! I dont know what Jon was thinking, maybe he was just keen to support a UK production platform in its early days, but it's ugly!

oh TOYYYYYYY, i really was about to burst out last night and comment on roto and say how happy i was, but then i just passed out full of joy.
i was surfing and surfing and somehow got back to viciousfun.com, looking if i can add more "where to buy links" for roto and then saw "RESTORE - DRY HEAD". it hit me and i was like: "no way, they are sold out and were only available at lullubell"... so i did not think twice and bought the last 2 remaining in stock.
i knew, this toy was meant for me and now i even will be able to smooch and lick both of them! :D

my both dry heads have a soft silver coat over their neon green hair, too! maybe to give it a more shiny effect?
and one of the heads has a stronger dark red rub in the face than the other.
none of them appear as glossy and "lickable" as in the picture, but i still think they are beautiful. i keep one dry head (it is beautifully displayed among my other green toys) and the other figure will be a present for a friend of mine :)
