Hmmm, maybe he is. I only rarely read interviews. As far as I'm concerned the art/ toy itself is what matter. Screw the artist! - Never was much of a star fucker anyway. That goes for all including bands, comic book writers etc. :)

Can anyone translate the characters on his armband? Are they genuine Chinese characters or are they just for artistic effect?

This was one of the toys that started my obsession, took me about 5 years to get a hold of one, by which time had acquired a scarily large collection :-)
